Conscious Business Design is the Future

There is no denying we are moving into an era where energetic differences are honored. As a society, there will be a better balance of masculine and feminine energy. This means we will see more men spending more time with the kids and more women pursuing careers. This has nothing to do with gender. And there is nothing right or wrong about this.

We are better connected and heavily resourced. You can hire the exact skill, the right coach, or the right teacher at the exact moment you need it. There is a flood of engineering and MBA graduates being produced worldwide. We’re seeing a trend where the more successful tech companies are being founded by designers instead of technology and business people. Skilled labor is abundant.

We need more heart lead, grounded leaders who embody conscious business design.

This moves design skills to the forefront of the new economy. The businesses that will thrive and lead the new economies are the ones who harness design in the form of business innovation. As the patriarchy and old systems fall away we need more visionary leaders. And for the benefit of society, we need to support these leaders as they step out.

It’s going to take intention to consciously design businesses that go against the traditional models of success.

Here are some things you may want to consider:

  • If you or anyone on your team is client facing will you integrate grounding practices into your standard operating procedures?

  • If you have a retail shop and can only afford one person on duty. Will you shut down your business to let them ground and clear energy during their shift? Will you pay for them to stay on the clock to ground themselves and move energy they picked up doing business for you before they go home to their families?

  • Can you hold space in your business to let contributors explore stuff they think is valuable even if the activities aren’t immediately revenue-producing? You could be blocking energy from flowing in your business and therefore blocking the flow of new opportunities.

  • Will you take the time to design systems that avoid energy-draining meetings?

But where does that fit on the bottom line you might ask? In return, I ask you. Do you have the faith that these practices will pay dividends beyond anything you can measure?

But yet even as we break away from corporate America we find ourselves gravitating towards the very systems we wanted to break free from.

How many times do we energetically feel the drain of the outdated ways of doing business?

Yet still, we copy old models of success when we know our version of success is different.

We see work distributed in ways that don’t make sense. It doesn’t leverage individual talents or respect energetic differences. But we don’t speak up. Or if we have authority we stick with the same ways because it’s easier that way.

Maybe your longing to get your creativity out into this world. But current work practices restrict this.

You know that toxic work environments should not be tolerated. And that if you could provide a safe place for others you should be able to attract top talent.

You know that if you provide a space like this you will be able to produce better products and services that fetch premium prices.

There is no reason why you should not be able to design, build and scale a business that cares about everyone you do business with. You should be profitable and I can’t think of a reason why you shouldn’t be more profitable than businesses that cut corners and ignore the flow of energy within their teams.

I get this. This is why my heart beats out to the leaders of the new economy. This is where my passion comes into play. I want to see you succeed. I want you to stay focused on being you, never compromising your core values, trusting your intuition, and bringing your creations into this world.

I hear the struggles of creatives and really smart people when their ideas are smothered in poor working environments led by the wounded masculine. Or seeing greed and ego destroy what was once a great work culture. This is why so many great businesses fail. In efforts to squeeze more, they kill the life energy that brought so much value in the first place. This decrease in value causes them to squeeze even more. But somehow these businesses keep the right carrot in front of the employees and they stay.

There are so many beautiful souls with amazing hearts and unique talents frozen within this old system. Their life force energy represents so much intrinsic value. If we can break them out or entice them into our consciously designed businesses we should have rapid success without all the hustle.

Our souls know the difference. It yearns for change. But not all of us were meant to lead. If you feel the call in your heart we’re counting on you to step out. When you do Manifestation Architect is here to support you.

I find it interesting that when mass people exit mainstream jobs and go into business for themselves the free economy rearranges them back onto the same old structures. I believe this is because too much of the old system is programmed in our physical bodies and subconscious minds.

Take the coaching industry for example. When I look at it all I see is a decentralized pyramid architecture. Coaches coaching coaches. Where are all the clients?

The teal organization is within reach. It is on the horizon. But it is going to take conscious intention to operate businesses in a new way. Without effort, we will spiral back down to what was done before.

Now, this thought is ahead of its time. But I think there may be limits to the size of a brand or a business in the new economy. It’s the buy-up and conglomeration of smaller sectors that create the systems and structures we all long to leave. It’s happening with podcasts right now. The media syndicates are starting over. The cycles repeat themselves. Maybe this is part of the lifecycle and we need to learn how to play this game.

Instead of growing larger, we may want to shift into different models of success. This is new territory. It is going to take some courageous leaders in order to innovate and change the way business is done.

If you're one of these new leaders we want to support you. Connect with us. We want to hear the struggles you're facing so that we can begin developing solutions and new technologies that support you.
